Cosmetic Products – No Returns

• Due to hygiene and safety standards, all cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• We are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

• Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

• In case you receive a damaged or incorrect cosmetic item, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

Accessories – Returns Accepted

• Accessories can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your preferred timeframe).

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds or store credit will be issued once the return is inspected and approved.

General Notes

• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required for all return requests.

• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Including all cosmetic products are final sale.
